Centring on our customers’ expectations
We operate like an ENGIE Electrabel start-up. Our streamlined team of 12 wants to make tangible progress with regard to energy efficiency solutions.
My team is responsible for the entire chain; we develop new services, launch them on the market to see if consumers have a taste for them, optimise the products based on the feedback we receive, and offer an after-sales service.
We are very ambitious. A number of companies, some of which are our competitors, are also setting their sights on creating energy services. We now need to focus on the needs and expectations of our customers as closely as possible to consolidate our role as leader.
Offering gas and electricity at attractive prices is vital but we will only shore up our position on the market by being innovative.
