In 2014, ENGIE Electrabel set up a team wholly dedicated to boosting our customers’ energy efficiency. The team develops innovative products that make life easier and save our customers energy. ENGIE Group subsidiaries active in Belgium, such as Cofely and the ENGIE Lab study centre, are heavily involved here.
With this in mind, ENGIE Electrabel launched a new insulation solution on the market in 2015. This solution is geared towards consumers who want to improve the comfort of their homes in just a few simple steps, the cost of which is recovered relatively quickly.
Our service range has also been expanded by a heating service (everything from boiler repairs to replacements) and Home Doctor (an analysis with practical tips for reducing the amount of energy consumed by your home).
